We are looking for sites that will enable us to provide affordable, quality developments. A main board director is involved in every transaction to ensure that the necessary approvals are obtained from the outset, enabling us to move quickly when we spot an opportunity.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Greenfield land
  • Brownfield land
  • Garages
  • Old hotels
  • Builders merchants/yards
  • Car parks
  • Institutional buildings
  • Redundant factory/warehouse/office premises
  • Large and dated residential dwellings

Location, location, location

Focusing primarily on location, we acquire land within strict financial and operational guidelines.

We maximise the development potential of our land-bank by undertaking extensive research to understand future market requirements, sourcing sites in locations that will best fulfil demand. Once identified, sites are acquired within stringent financial and operational guidelines.

Dandara will also consider more complex sites including those that require assembly and/or the resolution of difficulties prior to development and opportunities with short or medium-term development potential.

Working as a team

We are eager to address partnerships with landowners, local authorities and other public sector bodies and generous introductory commissions will be paid by agreement.

By achieving the most appropriate mix of product in each location, we deliver the optimum return for our customers.
