Spectrum

The Spectrum brand was created to promote the Spectrum development in St Helier, Jersey. This mixed-use scheme created a vibrant, brand new quarter close to the town centre, which was designed to give first-time buyers the opportunity to get onto the property ladder. The Spectrum brand communicates the youthful, contemporary style and quality that the scheme embodies.

Concept

Concept is the brand of our research and development division, which focuses exclusively on the design and development of cutting-edge schemes that employ the latest in design and construction techniques.

Our Concept team is based at our dedicated R&D site in Manchester where we construct a mix of the accommodation available in our developments across the UK.

The Concept facility enables us to ‘test’ various types of accommodation on a particular development prior to setting up our show apartments and it also allows us to demonstrate the quality of internal fittings to investors who buy off-plan.
