Every apartment also undergoes a 600 point final check prior to handover.

We have a dedicated Investment team which is headed up by a main board director. We provide the investor with a ‘one stop shop’ approach to buying that will take care of every aspect of the deal – including securing a rental on the property, its management, furnishing plus a hand holding service for novice investors who need a little extra guidance.
