Premier developers on the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, the Dandara Group now have offices in Manchester, Glasgow, and London. Due to expansion, we are looking to fill the following vacancy in our Isle of Man office for a Architectural Technician.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed working drawings, submitting planning and Building Regulations applications and liasing with our in-house consultants and on-site personnel.

The Applicant: The successful candidate will fully conversant with current Building Regulations and NHBC Standards and be proficient in AutoCAD. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in residential development.
