One of the city’s major residential developers, Dandara, has reported an up turn in both owner occupier purchaser and rental enquiries on its schemes in Manchester; suggesting that consumer confidence in the property market is perhaps not as low as industry commentators have been stating.
The company has seen strong rental and sales interest over the month of February with sales enquiries up nearly 30% and rental enquiries up 15% throughout the month of February in comparison to January.
