Location, location, location

A key factor in our success is our ability to acquire land in the right locations.

Our land buying team undertakes extensive research to source sites, which will best allow us to meet market demands and deliver affordable, quality developments.

A main board director is involved in every land transaction we undertake, which allows us to respond quickly when we spot an opportunity. We will also consider more complex sites, opportunities with short or medium-term development potential and partnerships with landowners, local authorities and other public sector bodies.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Brownfield land
  • Garages
  • Old hotels
  • Builders merchants/yards
  • Car parks
  • Institutional buildings
  • Redundant factory/warehouse/office premises
  • Large and dated residential dwellings
