It is our aim to maximise the development potential of our land-bank by undertaking extensive market research to understand future market requirements and then source land in the best locations to fulfil that demand.

We are willing to consider more complex sites including those that require assembly and/or the resolution of difficulties prior to development; we will also hold investments with short or medium term development potential. We shall be pleased to address partnerships with landowners, local authorities and other public sector bodies. Generous introductory commissions will be paid by agreement.
