No Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges when appointing dandara as your sole letting agent. Our fees are amongst the lowest in Manchester at £300.00 + VAT for the Landlord set-up fee and full management at 10% + VAT. The agency agreement may also be terminated at no charge in the unlikely event that we have been unable to identify a suitable tenant.
