As an in-house team of dandara we manage all of our properties and act as a bridge between you and your landlord. We hold your deposit and deal with any mediation that takes place at the end of your tenancy. We have access to dandara’s Customer Care Department which enables us to react to any issues that arise within your property in a professional manner.

Landlords

At dandara, we appreciate that for many of our investors, buying property is not your main job and with many other things to think about, you need your investment experience to be made as easy as possible.

That is why we have in-house ‘Lettings’ teams in each dandara region to take care of our investors’ properties. Once you have completed the purchase process, our ‘Lettings’ team can arrange, if required, for a furniture fit-out package for your apartment; will advise you of your expected rental income; select a suitable tenant; carry out the necessary financial and personal checks and collect monies on your behalf.
