Helping first time buyers
MyChoiceHomeBuy is a shared equity scheme, which has been created by the Government to help first-time buyers and other people who are finding it difficult to get onto the property ladder, to buy a home of their own.
Across the Greater Manchester and Lancashire region MyChoiceHomeBuy is administered by Plumlife who are a not for profit company appointed by the Government, specialising in shared ownership and low cost home ownership schemes.
