Dandara has had such a surge in demand for its Manchester city centre rental apartments that it is opening its second lettings office.
The original Dandara Lettings was set up in 2006 to offer a bespoke service for tenants and a 'one stop shop' for its buy to let investors. It rapidly became a highly successful part of the business looking after 531 properties on behalf of its investment clients. During the last quarter they handled 947 viewings.
