Dandara Group Headquarters - Isle of Man Business Park, Braddan, Isle of Man
Integrating design aesthetics and functionality to provide a high-quality working environment, the Dandara HQ occupies a prime location on the outskirts of Douglas within one of the island’s most prestigious commercial centres and provides approximately 14,400sq.ft. of prime office accommodation over 3 levels.

This 26,750 sq.ft. was designed and constructed for Douglas Corporation in the Isle of Man and consists of an administrative centre, workshop and vehicle depot.
Heron and Brearley Ltd
Constructed for the Isle of Man’s largest independent drinks distributor, the Horse and Plough public house covers 5,000 sq.ft.
Busy Bears
Purpose-built 2,500 sq.ft. nursery and day-care centre.
Manx Telecom Headquarters – Isle of Man Business Park, Isle of Man
The Manx Telecom HQ building occupies a prime location at the Isle of Man Business Park, less than 5 minutes from the centre of Douglas – the island’s capital. Comprising 23,000 sq ft. of office floor area plus 134 car parking spaces, the building was designed by Dandara specifically to meet Manx Telecom’s requirements.

Purpose-built 15,000 sq.ft. showroom for Vauxhall, Lexus & Toyota with integral vehicle servicing and valeting facility.

12,274 sq.ft. purpose-built office for Dandara North West division within the prestigious Lowry Hotel complex.
HSBC Headquarters - St. Helier, Jersey
