Quality control is paramount at dandara and each unit of accommodation, be it residential or commercial undergoes a 600 point final check prior to handover.

To ensure quality from conception through to completion, the whole process is controlled in-house and our directly employed construction teams are independently audited at every stage of the construction process and incentivised to ensure that each part of the build process meets our exacting high standards, the result of which is that the chain of responsibility and accountability is carried throughout the team.

Our unique approach to undertaking the whole construction process with in-house teams determines a high level of construction quality throughout each and every project which in turn assists us in achieving minimal faults at customer inspection stage, zero defects at legal completion and a consistent standard of finished product for the end user which exceeds the industry norm.
