Based in our long established and state of the art office in the Isle of Man you will be working alongside Design Managers and in-house Architects. An opportunity has arisen for a key individual to play a senior role in the development of existing schemes and the value engineering of potential development opportunities.

You will be liasing closely, as part of a multi-disciplined design and development team, to produce working drawings, calculations and construction details, from initial feasibility through to construction, and advising the development team on essential ‘front end’ design decisions with the view to optimising designs.

The Applicant

All applicants must have at least 2 years post M.I.Struct.E experience in low and high-rise concrete/masonry residential construction, and be highly proficient in structural design systems. You must possess a practical and commercial approach to the planning and coordination of working drawings and construction details together with the ability to manage both internal/external team members, and to work independently.
