Register with dandara
To enable a perfect match between your requirements and suitable properties we have listed, dandara need as much information from you as possible.

Searching for your perfect property
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we can match you up with suitable properties and arrange viewings. E-mails can be sent to keep you up to date with the latest properties that we list.
Viewings
Viewings can be conducted by appointment only, at a convenient time to you, 6 days a week during office hours.
Choosing a Property
Once you have identified your perfect property and put in an offer, we will liase with the landlord on your behalf to secure the property. We are required to undertake a credit check on behalf of the Landlord for which we charge the tenant an administration fee of £10.00
Tenancy Agreement
Once the reference checks have taken place and been accepted, dandara will draw up a standard Tenancy Agreement and serve any statutory notices.
Inventory
dandara provide a free professional inventory, to the Tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
Rent and Deposit
dandara will collect the deposit and first month’s rent in cleared funds prior to the start of any tenancy. We will then arrange for the Tenant to set up a monthly standing order, paid direct to the Landlord.
Completion
Local authority and Utility Companies will be advised at the commencement of the tenancy and dandara will provide necessary meter readings. Finally, dandara will provide you with the relevant keys and check you into the property.
Throughout the Tenancy
dandara will inspect the property prior to occupation and during the tenancy and provide feedback to the Landlord.
End of Tenancy
At the end of the term of the tenancy we will check the inventory and schedule of conditions and deduct from your deposit paid any amount for damage to the Landlord’s property or possessions and the relevant amount for Parish Occupier Rates.
