If I apply online, how will I know if my application has been received?

If you submit your CV online, you will receive an immediate on-screen acknowledgement and an email to confirm your CV has been received.

 

How long after submitting my application can I expect to hear from Dandara?

If you have applied for a specific advertised position we aim to give you an update on your application status within three weeks. However, due to the large volume of applications for certain roles, it will not always be possible to respond to unsuccessful candidates.

We may keep your CV in our database for up to 12 months. Our recruitment team will have access to your details and may contact you if your background and skill set match the position(s) you have applied for or another suitable opening. After 12 months, your details will be deleted. You can request that your details be removed from our database at any time by contacting vacancy@dandara.com.

I need some assistance with the online application process. Who can I contact?

How do I check the status of my application?

We advise you wait up to three weeks before requesting an update on you application, however you are always welcome to email us at vacancy@dandara.com to enquire about your application.

I would really like to find out more about the position or the company before I apply. Who can I contact?

We welcome calls from potential applicants who would like to know more about what we can offer. Please call our Group Recruitment Manager Ross Davies on 07834 748 323.

I don’t see an advertised position that suits my skills or experience. Can I submit my CV anyway?

Yes of course; we are always seeking talent and welcome CVs at any time. Please provide a cover letter explaining your motivation for sending your CV and what type of role you are looking for.

If I am offered a position, will I receive a full employment contract and company handbook before I start?

Yes, your offer of employment is accompanied by a full contract of employment for signature and an abridged version of our Company handbook.

Do Dandara offer clear career paths to its employees?

Each role and each employee is different and as such we treat all of our employees as individuals. Each individual has the opportunity to carve out a career path in line with their specific skill set and capabilities and we strongly encourage career development.

If I join one of Dandara’s regional operations will I be required to travel to their other locations?

This will depend on the role. Our employment contracts do include the possibility of required travel but any such travel is communicated in a timely manner and is agreed in advance.

Is there an opportunity to relocate to another region within the company?

Some of our employees do choose to relocate when a suitable opportunity arises. This will depend on availability of opportunities and the business needs at the relevant time.

If I have any worries or queries while employed at Dandara will I have access to confidential support?

Yes. We encourage our employees to ask and discuss rather than keep things to themselves. Line managers are always willing to address any queries or issues that you may have. Alternatively, you can discuss any issues with the HR team who offer confidential support and guidance to all staff and their door is always open.
