Project: Land at Badsell Manor Farm, Paddock Wood, Kent

This 115-acre site to the west of Paddock Wood is identified for Green Belt release and is draft allocated for c.515 new homes in the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Submission Local Plan, which is currently at examination. This forms part of a larger strategic allocation which seeks to grow Paddock Wood by c.2,500 new homes, and provide new schools, elderly living and care facilities, a sports hub, a health centre and a number of other community facilities. Dandara plan to submit a planning application in line with Local Plan adoption.
