Project: Land at Downs Farm, Epsom, Surrey

This site is to the east of Epsom College and located within Metropolitan Green Belt. Dandara and the landowners are jointly promoting the land to the Epsom and Ewell Borough Council Local Plan process, with a view to securing a residential-led allocation alongside opportunities to submit a planning application. The site has a capacity of 500 new homes and will likely include affordable house and significant public open space.
