Project: Land at Spratsbrook Farm, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent

To the southwest of Royal Tunbridge Wells, this 170 acre site straddles the boundaries of Kent and East Sussex. The northern element of the site is identified for Green Belt release and is draft allocated for 120 new homes in the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Submission Local Plan, which is currently at examination. 

The southern part of the site falls in the High Weald AONB and is being promoted through the Wealden District Council Local Plan process with a view to securing a residential allocation. The combined site has the potential to deliver in the region of 700 new homes and associated infrastructure.
