It's a great time to buy, Stamp Duty holiday extended

Thanks to the Government‘s recent announcement, the Stamp Duty Holiday* has been extended until 30th June 2021. 
For you, that means you don‘t have to pay a single penny in Stamp Duty on a selection of our beautifully-designed homes in England up to £500,000, that are ready to move into before the end of June. 
And what's more, after June you still won't have to pay Stamp Duty on the first £250,000 of your home until 30th September 2021. This applies to both first time buyers and those buying their next home so your dream home could be more affordable than you thought.

 

How much could I save?

The amount you could save depends on the value of your new home.

If your home is over £500,000 you will need to pay on a sliding scale, detailed in the table:

For example:

  • If your new home is £300,000 you wouldn’t pay any stamp duty land tax, saving you £5000.
  • £400,000 you wouldn’t pay any stamp duty land tax, saving you £10,000.
  • £500,000 you wouldn’t pay any stamp duty land tax, saving you £15000.
  • £600,000 you would pay 5% stamp duty land tax on the portion from £500,001 to £600,000, costing £5,000, saving you £15,000.
