Braintree has excellent access and proximity to main linking roads and motorways to make travelling between towns and cities easy. Trains from Braintree station connect with Witham, joining the Great Eastern Main Line for onward travel to London Liverpool Street. Services run hourly on weekdays, with a journey time of around an hour.
