Braintree has excellent access and proximity to main linking roads and motorways to make travelling between towns and cities easy. The A120 branch road is just minutes away and connects with the M11 motorway for travel to London in around 1 hour and 22 minutes. Stansted Airport is around 17 minutes away by road, also via the A120.

Trains from Braintree station connect with Witham, joining the Great Eastern Main Line for onward travel to London Liverpool Street. Services run hourly on weekdays, with a journey time of around an hour.
