1887 The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells

1887 The Pantiles is a new development of luxurious apartments and mews houses coming soon to Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Overview

Royal Tunbridge Wells, with its natural springs and spa waters, was once an epicentre of fashionable society, attracting royalty and commoners alike. In 1700 the Upper Walks were paved with pantiles, distinctive thick square tiles made from heavy wealden clay. Throughout history, the area has been known by numerous names including The Parade or Royal Parade. However, The Pantiles name was formally reinstated in 1887 and remains to this day.

1887 The Pantiles is a stunning collection of contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and attractive 2 bedroom mews houses, situated in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Designed to a high internal specification with elegant architecture, there will be residents parking and many of the apartments will also benefit from far reaching views of the surrounding area.

A water feature will stand to the front of the entrance where there is a stylish reception area with a concierge service available. A community gallery room will feature as part of the development which can be used to host exhibitions and other events. This will be called The Pump Room, paying homage to building which stood on this site in the 19th Century.
