Buntingford Cougars scores sponsorship with Dandara

Buntingford Cougars, a youth football club based in Hertfordshire, has been sponsored by local housebuilder Dandara, who is building its Keepers Chase development on Aspenden Road, Buntingford. The housebuilder will sponsor the Under 11’s team coats for the current football season, helping them keep warmer in the winter training sessions and for matches.

Running for nearly 50 years, Buntingford Cougars have teams for all ages from 4 up to 18, encouraging young people of all ages to improve their sporting skills and confidence in a safe environment. With over 300 members and continuing to grow, Dandara is pleased to support a club with so much talent. Likewise, the Under 11’s team will proudly wear the Dandara name in the local area.

Simon Pendlebury, Sales and Marketing Director for Dandara, comments: “We are very proud to be sponsoring Buntingford Cougars under 11’s thanks to our new development at Keepers Chase. It’s great to support a club that has been part of the community for such a long time and encourages young people to keep active and work together – especially as temperatures drop. We wish the team the best of luck for the season.”

David Deane, Member of the Buntingford Cougars Executive Committee, comments: “We are so excited to have Dandara as a sponsor this season, the team is thrilled with their new coats and they will certainly make it a bit easier to get outdoors in the coming months! It’s great to receive local support like this from Dandara as it goes a long way to help keep our community teams motivated.”

Dandara is currently building a range of family homes at its Keepers Chase development just a short distance from The Buntingford Cougars Football Club. Prices start from £385,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home.
