Dandara Debuts Two New Show Homes at Colchester Development

Independent housebuilder Dandara has recently launched two new show homes at its Oaklands development in Copford, Colchester. Prospective movers have a chance to look around the new show homes and see what life in the picturesque village has to offer.

Following the success of its off plan launch last year, Oaklands is now inviting prospective buyers to explore two brand new show homes, The Gosford and Woburn. Designed by Joanne Davies-Jones from interior design agency Abode. The show homes feature furnishings made from sustainably and locally sourced materials. Within The Gosford, the decor includes foliage that is dried and crafted from recycled plastic, while The Woburn showcases a dining room centrepiece—a papier-mâché bowl made from 100% recycled cotton.

The three bedroom Gosford show home benefits from a spacious dual-aspect living room with an open-plan kitchen-dining room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all of which are double, the main bedroom with an ensuite and a separate family bathroom.

The four bedroom Woburn includes a spacious living room to the front of the property, with a kitchen/dining area at the rear of the home, with French doors opening out into the garden. There is also a handy utility room, W.C., and store cupboards. Upstairs, buyers will find four bedrooms – the main with an ensuite. There is also a family bathroom plus an additional store cupboard.
