Housebuilder Dandara has moved into new Milton Keynes office

Housebuilder Dandara has recently moved into brand new office space in Milton Keynes. The Northern Home Counties division of Dandara purchased the building in March 2020, previously this was a redundant building located on Snowdown Drive, Milton Keynes. Following an extensive renovation, the Dandara division has now moved in, placing the business at the heart of its operating area – and future growth plans.

Headed up by MD Trevor Dempsey, Dandara Northern Home Counties directly employs around forty staff members, with numerous contracts on site already the housebuilder is confident that as the business grows more local jobs will be created. This is evident today as the housebuilder is actively recruiting because of its recent growth.

With a growing workforce, Dandara has prioritised safety in the workplace, Covid compliance was at the heart of the design and subsequent refurbishment of the building. Each staff member has been fully inducted into the new Covid secure workspace and all safety measures have been examined and approved by the Health and Safety team.

Trevor Dempsey, Managing Director for Dandara, commented: β€œThe move is very exciting for the future of the company and reflects our ambitious growth plans for 2021 and beyond, we plan to build at least 600 new homes every year. We are also sharing the fantastic new office with the Dandara Build to Rent team who are also targeting very ambitious growth.”

This move is set to bring numerous benefits to the local area, the company has already refurbished a redundant building and plans to invest significantly in future employment with a specific focus on local trainees and apprentices.
