Dandara Hosts Wealden Consort For A Christmas Choir At The Russetts

Christmas celebrations were in full swing as Dandara recently hosted Wealden Consort to The Russetts development in Hawkhurst, for a performance of carol songs for its residents and the local community. 

The Wealden Consort welcomed The Russetts residents and local community to join in on a of selection of Christmas carols. The Wealden Consort is an accomplished chamber choir who perform a wide repertoire across Kent and Sussex. 

Andrew Lavey from The Wealden Consort, commented: “Bringing the local community together is one of the main reasons why we perform at the Consort and it was fantastic to see such enthusiasm from the residents and community as they sung along with us. Christmas is the time of year where everyone comes together and celebrates the festivities, so it was a pleasure to be a part of the great atmosphere at The Russetts.”
