Dandara Invites First Time Buyers To Exclusive Event At Its Braintree Development

Dandara Eastern is holding an exclusive first-time buyer event at its Birch Park development on Panfield Road, Braintree, Essex. The event is taking place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October between 11am-4pm, allowing first-time buyers the opportunity to view the available homes, explore the development and get access to financial advice from Independent Financial Advisors.

Braintree has been named as one of the most popular areas in the country for first-time buyers[1], due to its affordability, connectivity and rural setting.

Visitors will also have the chance to view a variety of three, four and five-bedroom homes across Dandara’s Essex developments within around 25-minutes of each other. The Penthurst and Chartwell homes will be open over the weekend at Birch Park.

With prices starting from £330,000 for a two-bedroom home, there are plenty of options for first time buyers. Several of the three-bedroom homes are available with a 5% deposit contribution, whilst other homes offer tailor-made packages saving buyers £30,000. Dandara representatives will be there on the day to speak through the various options and offer advice.

Gemma Bannister, Sales Director at Dandara Eastern, commented: “It is incredibly important that first-time buyers are aware of their available options and financial circumstances before buying their first home. This is particularly relevant given Andy Burnham’s recent announcement that he will be introducing a “Your First Home” scheme to help young people get onto the property ladder. Now is the perfect time for first time buyers to be exploring new developments, areas and what may be their future homes. At this event, our team will be able to provide tailored advice to individuals’ situations and help locals understand how to step onto the property ladder.

“Braintree is a really popular area for those looking to buy their first home. It is more affordable in comparison to neighbouring towns but doesn’t compromise on connectivity or access to amenities. The traditional market town feel and countryside is also enticing for those looking to move out of London for a lifestyle change.”

Floor plans and layouts will also be available to view of the two-bedroom apartments. With prices starting at £265,000, buyers can expect to move in in summer 2027.

Birch Park provides excellent transport links, with Braintree Railway Station just 2.2 miles away, offering regular trains to London Liverpool Street via Chelmsford and Shenfield. The A120 and A131 roads also provide quick access to the M11 and M25. For journeys further afield, London Stanstead Airport is just a 25-minute drive away.

Nearby there are a host of local amenities on Braintree’s bustling high street with a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Braintree Village features over 90 outlets and the twice weekly street markets outside the Town Hall sells local goods.
