Final phase of homes to launch at sought after development in popular commuter village

A brand new phase of two, three and four bedroom homes will be launching in early 2022 at local housebuilder Dandara’s development The Grove on Stanbridge Road, Haddenham – one of the best commuter villages to buy in, particularly in terms of value for money.* It will be the last phase of homes at the popular development and will include a brand new range of house types.

The previous phases of the development proved particularly popular with first time buyers and young couples as it offers excellent commuting links with a direct train to London Marylebone Station from the nearby Haddenham & Thame Parkway railway station, meaning buyers do not have to compromise commutability for space and green areas.

The new phase will include 75 new homes, bringing the total at the development to 204 – of which 108 will be affordable. It will see a continuation of the S106 contributions originally committed to at the launch at the development.

The new homes will have an enhanced specification throughout, with the new house types offering double front homes, open plan layouts and larger four bedroom homes than previously available. All homes will have a garage, carport or allocated parking and many of the properties will benefit from a view overlooking green space.

The Grove by Dandara is ideally located in Haddenham, a picturesque village with a wealth of artisan shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. There is an abundance of walks to enjoy in the surrounding Buckinghamshire countryside with splendid views of the Chiltern Hills, while for those still needing to commute, Haddenham and Thame Parkway railway station is a 15-minute walk away, offering Chiltern Mainline services to Oxford in less than half an hour and London Marylebone in 46 minutes.
