Housebuilder launches new show home at popular Novo development

As research by Zoopla reveals that demand for three-bedroom properties has rocketed over recent weeks*, local housebuilder Dandara is helping to meet demand from buyers in Drayton. The housebuilder recently unveiled its second show home at its Novo development in Drayton, Portsmouth and local buyers can make an appointment with a member of the sales team or view the show home now.

Novo launched in December, and visitors will now be able to view first-hand the three-bedroom Heron which is available to buy at the development. The show home has been designed by Abode, offering a classic contemporary scheme.

Jez Cooper, Design Manager at Abode, comments: “The Heron has been designed with first time buyers in mind, using a relaxed colour palette of charcoals, taupe’s and whites with a mixture of textures to add some dimension. We’ve accessorised the show home with a mixture of Nordic style pieces with pops of brass, to keep the design clean and classic – this is particularly evident in the lounge where the bespoke made cushions match the window treatments which ties the room together perfectly.

“However, my favourite room in the house has to be the master bedroom. The bespoke panelling contrasts dramatically with the rest of the cosy room and the hand painted artwork creates a striking moment which will surely be memorable to visitors.”

Nicki Dennis, Head of Sales at Dandara Southern comments: “We have worked closely with Abode to deliver this show home that demonstrates the versatility of our three-bedroom home. The open-plan living style can easily be adapted to suit the buyers needs - whether you are a first time buyer working from home, or a family in need of more space.”

Currently available at Novo is a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes with Help to Buy, Assisted Move and Armed Forces discount available. Prices start from £285,000 for a two bedroom terraced home.
