John Stanton joins Dandara Northern Home Counties as Operations Director

John Stanton has recently joined rapidly expanding and independent housebuilder Dandara as Operations Director within its Northern Home Counties division.  The company has ambitious plans over the next five years to grow its operation throughout the northern home counties, delivering quality new homes for the first time buyer and family homes market.

John started his career as a builders apprentice before joining Wimpey Homes in 1998 as a trainee surveyor. Since then he has worked at Crest Nicholson and more recently Linden Homes and Bovis Homes as Commercial Director. He sees this new role where he will oversee commercial and technical operations for Dandara as an exciting next step in his career. Joining the recently opened Milton Keynes head office, Essex based John is committed to delivering quality homes and helping put Dandara firmly on the map.

John says: “It is an exciting time to be joining Dandara as we look to grow and become a significant player in the new homes market.  Our priority is to focus on building quality homes combined with exceptional customer service.  Our operational challenges will be to ensure that we work closely with our supply chain whilst adapting to a changeable housing market. I am confident that as a company we will be able to do this efficiently and I feel very fortunate to be able to take my career to the next level with such a forward thinking housebuilder.”

Dandara is one of the UK’s largest independent property development companies with a 30-year track record of creating award-winning homes which combine innovative design with the highest standards of quality.  Dandara’s target market is evolving and changing as they grow as a business. Its focus was initially mainly on Jersey and the Isle of Man, where the island properties are higher end, costing up to £2.5million, but Dandara is now expanding its operation to the south of England, where it is building homes for first time buyers and families.
