The first team at Stewkley Vicarage Cricket Club will be sporting fresh new cricket shirts next season after receiving a £500 sponsorship from Dandara, the housebuilder behind the new homes development coming soon to Stewkley, Buckinghamshire.
The welcome sponsorship entails the purchase of twenty shirts for the first team squad, emblazoned with the Dandara logo on the front.
Alan Hardings, Chairman of Stewkley Vicarage Cricket Club, commented: “The new shirts mean a great deal to the club, they will give us a more professional feel and I’m certain the team will wear them with pride!”
“We really appreciate that Dandara recognises how important cricket is to young people within our community, even more so during 2020, so we are very grateful to them for their support.”
Simon Pendlebury, Sales and Marketing Director for Dandara, commented: “It goes without saying that we are pleased to offer our support to Stewkley Vicarage Cricket Club, especially as it has such deep roots in the community. We hope the team enjoy wearing the new shirts and wish the club every success for the future, both on and off the field!”
Dandara’s new development is nearby Stewkley Vicarage Cricket Club, where a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes are coming soon.
