Long Harbour to forward fund 258 rental homes in Horsham and Great Dunmow with Dandara as delivery partner

Schemes at Mowbray Village, Horsham, and in Great Dunmow, Uttlesford are part of Long Harbour’s latest Single Family Housing vehicle.

Long Harbour has agreed to forward fund two new residential developments that will deliver 258 homes for rent across Horsham and Great Dunmow. The homes will be built by Dandara at Mowbray Village - a mixed-use masterplan on the northern edge of Horsham - and at Great Dunmow in Uttlesford, Essex.

Both schemes form part of Long Harbour’s latest Single Family Housing vehicle, which focuses on providing professionally managed rental homes in high-quality suburban locations.

Mowbray Village will deliver a mix of apartments and houses within a wider masterplan including new community facilities, open spaces and pedestrian links to Horsham town centre. The Great Dunmow scheme will create a new neighbourhood with family homes close to schools, local amenities and transport connections to Stansted Airport and London.
