Mayfair Scheme achieves “Excellent” Rating in CCS Monitor’s Report

We are delighted to announce that our Mayfair development in St Helier has achieved an “Excellent” rating in all three categories of the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS):

• Respect the Community – 14/15
• Care for the Environment – 14/15
• Value their Workforce – 14/15
• Overall Score – 42/45

The housing scheme, once completed in Summer 2025, will provide 201 affordable homes for the Island's housing provider, Andium. The first phase of the scheme has already been handed over with some residents expected to move in imminently.

This recognition is a testament to our commitment to creating social value, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, and building sustainably within the heart of Jersey. From extensive community engagement and upskilling local labour to supporting local charities, the Mayfair site has demonstrated best practice across the board.
