A building can change a skyline – but it can also change lives. That’s been the focus behind our work on the new Dandara Jersey headquarters for the Government of Jersey, which has generated £88.2 million in social value for the island.
From 100+ new jobs and 25 work placements to a 20-year investment in training at Highlands College, this has been a project about long-term impact – not just concrete and steel.
“As a developer, we’ve always believed in doing more than delivering buildings,” said Colin Pateman, Operations Director at Dandara. “We’re passionate about driving change in our community by creating pathways for people, supporting environmental goals and building lasting spaces.”
With apprenticeships, mental health support on site, and over 1,900 trees planted across Jersey, we’ve delivered something that will continue to grow for years to come.
A huge thank you to Government of Jersey, Rider Levett Bucknall and all our partners who helped make this possible.
