We’ve all had to reinvent how things are done this past year, even here at Dandara. The good news is that we’re here for you, and our friendly sales teams are more than happy to provide socially distanced tours. However, virtual viewings can be a great fallback, whether you’re too busy to visit or just want extra peace of mind.
When you think of virtual house viewings, you’re probably imagining glitzy 3D reconstructions or professionally shot photos. While these things are fantastic tools for browsing, they sometimes won’t give you the full foot-in-the-door experience. You might be interested to know that our virtual house viewings are considerably more personal.
What to Expect
You might have become used to Zoom for your virtual meetings (we certainly have!) but Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp are ideal options for house viewings, as well. We’ll give you a personal tour with our helpful sales advisors, and you’ll be to request closer looks as and when you like them. You can also ask us plenty of questions, that part hasn’t changed!
How to Prepare
These are some handy tips to keep in mind to get the most out of your virtual viewing.
- Long Distance Exploration: You’re saving time on travel, so we encourage you to research! Heading to Google street view to look at the local area and browsing our wonderful developments can be a great help, and gives you a head-start on learning about your community once you’ve moved in.
- Help Direct Your Viewing: We aren’t shy. Ask our friendly sales advisor to move the camera closer to elements that you’d like to get a better look at. Take a look out the windows, too!
- Ask Away: You’re in control, so ask us as many questions as you need to, and then ask some more. We’re here to help.

Virtual viewings don’t just have to be something you settle for. There are a lot of benefits! They’re better for the environment, are quicker, and allow you to widen the net while searching for Dandara home.
