That’s why we’re offering eligible keyworkers and members and veterans of the British Armed Forces, an exclusive Armed Forces Discount or Key Worker Discount.
Depending how much your brand new, thoughtfully-designed Dandara home costs, will depend how much of a discount you receive:
- £5,000 on homes up to £250,000
- £7,500 on homes up to £500,000
- £10,000 on homes over £500,000

Who is eligible for the Armed Forces Discount?
This discount is available to the following key workers and HM Forces members, veterans and their families:
- NHS
- Education
- Police Force
- Fire Service
- Ministry of Defence
- Environmental Service
- Highways England
- Probation Service
- Local Authority
- Prison Service
- Regular Navy, Army and Air Force personnel, including:
- Military Provost Guard Service
- Clinical staff (except doctors and dentists)
- MOD police officers
- Uniformed staff in the Defence Fire Service (aged 18yrs+)
- Armed Forces veterans*
- Partners of regular service personnel who have died in service**
* Min. 6yrs service, must apply within 12 months of discharge.
** Must apply within 12 months of the date of being bereaved.

This offer is available to the following HM Forces Members where they have completed their basic (phase 1) training. Maximum discount capped at £10,000. Evidence of eligibility under this scheme must be provided. Customers must disclose their intention of claiming this package at the time of reserving a property and before any other offer is applied. Cannot be used in conjunction with other selected offers or schemes. Available on residential mortgages only and is not available on buy to let properties. Subject to contract and status. Buyers must be over 18 years of age. Dandara reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
