Ben Goulding, site manager at Dandara’s Windroos development in Littlehampton, West Sussex, has been recognised by the NHBC’s annual Pride in the Job Awards which celebrates the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating homes of outstanding quality.
Ben is one of 450 winners selected from more than 11,000 eligible at the start of the competition from across the country. This year’s winners were hand-picked after being assessed on the skills demonstrated on site including; consistency, leadership, attention to detail, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.
Commenting on his award, Ben said:
It’s an incredible achievement to win the award and be recognised for the hard work that not only I, but that the whole team has put in. Our aim is always to ensure we’re building the best product we can and that our customers are moving into their dream house and this is testament to us delivering the quality they deserve.
