Independent housebuilder Dandara will be hosting a ‘Help to Sell’ event on the 23rd and 24th of March at its Eskbank Gardens development in Dalkeith, providing free expert buying and selling advice and giving attendees the chance to explore all that the development has to offer.
Members of the Dandara team will be on hand to speak with guests about the development’s homes and moving schemes, as well as a financial advisor from First Mortgage, who will help buyers navigate their financial situation. The show homes will also be open for guests to view.
Graeme Cook from First Mortgage commented: “With many options available for a range of budgets and buyers, shopping for mortgages can be overwhelming. This event is a great way to learn about your options when it comes to your finances, ensuring you get the perfect mortgage for your unique situation.”
Tony Williamson, Sales Director at Dandara East Scotland, added: “With the development’s final phase recently launched, there’s no better time to discover what life at Eskbank Gardens is like. Our ‘Help to Sell’ event is the perfect chance to find out about the homes currently on offer and the incentives and schemes that are available, including Golden Share.
“I’d also encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a home to attend the event and receive some professional advice from our team and First Mortgage. We hope the event gives attendees the tools they need to make moving smoother and stress-free.”
Eskbank Gardens presents a collection of three and four-bedroom homes nestled in the heart of Dalkeith. Among these, a select number of Golden Share properties are available from just £228,000, which allows those who meet the council's requirements to purchase the home at 80% of the open market value.
Situated just south of Edinburgh, Dalkeith offers a variety of shops, dining options and green spaces. The development’s proximity to Eskbank station, the Edinburgh City Bypass and Edinburgh Airport makes for easy trips to Edinburgh and beyond.
