Dandara hosts free homebuying advice event at Kirkliston development

Prospective buyers are invited to attend Dandara’s Part Exchange and Help to Sell event at its Foxhall Gait development in Kirkliston on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th January.

Running from 12-4pm both days, the event serves as an introduction to Dandara’s Part Exchange scheme, a program in which the housebuilder provides customers with the comfort and security of a Guaranteed Buyer for their current home when they reserve a new Dandara home.

Foxhall Gait offers four home styles that are available through Part Exchange: the Iona, the Canna, the Rum and the Arran. All four properties are four-bedroom detached homes featuring an ensuite in the main bedroom, ample storage, photovoltaic panels providing renewable energy and French doors through to the rear garden.

Available for £389,995, the Iona includes a contemporary open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, integral garage with internal access to the house, ground floor cloakroom and four double bedrooms.

The Rum, priced at £424,995, boasts a wrap-around kitchen/dining/lounge area, detached garage, separate ground-floor study or family room, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom.

Listed for £399,995, the Arran features a detached garage, large wrap-around kitchen/dining/family area, a separate ground-floor lounge room, three double bedrooms and storage on the landing.

The Canna is a spacious five bed detached home with detached single garage priced at £449,995 featuring a large kitchen/dining/family space with utility. Upstairs features a beautiful galleried landing with generous master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, Jack and Jill ensuite to bedroom two and three, separate family bathroom and great storage.

Tony Williamson, Sales Director at Dandara East Scotland, commented: “With the New Year underway, there’s no better time to get mortgage advice, whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned owner looking to downsize or make your next move.

“Regardless of buyers’ experience, the moving process can be complicated and overwhelming, but our Part Exchange and Help to Sell event will provide an opportunity for prospective buyers to learn about the options they have, hearing from industry experts and our experienced sales team. We hope it will make the process as worry-free as possible, freeing buyers up to fully enjoy the excitement of buying a new home.”

The homes at Foxhall Gait provide proximity to the beauty of Scotland’s countryside while still offering easy access to Edinburgh. Many also include money-saving incentives; in addition to its Part Exchange program, Dandara is offering a variety of new home schemes on selected plots such as contributing 5% toward buyers’ deposit and paying toward the mortgage on certain properties in Foxhall Gait.
