Independent housebuilder Dandara is set to launch three new View Homes, The Teifi, The Cadoxton and The Thaw at its Golwg Gwendraeth development in Carway, Carmarthenshire on Saturday 24th February.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the three four-bedroom homes will be available to visit daily from 10am to 5pm to provide potential homebuyers the opportunity to see the variety on offer at the development.
The housebuilder offers a range of incentives to help people get onto the property ladder including, Help to Buy, Armed Forces discount and Dandara’s Moving Made Easy and Assisted Move schemes.
The Teifi features an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a spacious living room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a contemporary family bathroom and an ensuite shower room to the main bedroom, with the home including a single garage and allocated parking.
Detached home The Cadoxton has an integrated garage and provides a living room at the front of the property. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with the main bedroom featuring its own ensuite shower room.
The semi-detached Thaw offers a living area at the front of the property with a contemporary kitchen-dining room leading to the garden. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with the main bedroom and ensuite located on the second floor. The home also benefits from three allocated parking spaces.
Wales Help to Buy scheme enables buyers to put down a 5% deposit on a home worth up to £300,000, with a 75% mortgage and 20% equity loan supplied by the Welsh government. Dandara’s Moving Made Easy scheme provides support in selling buyers current home, with the pay up to £5,000 of estate agent fees subject to terms and conditions.
Sara Taylor, Sales Director at Dandara Wales & West, said: “We are pleased to be launching three view homes, where prospective buyers can see what Golwg Gwendraeth has to offer. Great for families and those wanting to make their next move, the array of view homes offer a great insight for life at the development.”
“Having a combination of three homes enables house hunters to see what property best suits them in terms of space, features and that homely feel. We predict the homes to be popular with a wide range of buyers, so urge all those wanting to make a move to the scenic countryside to come along and see the homes for themselves.”
Perfect for country lovers, the development is close to tranquil walks and woodland areas such as Coed Ffos Las. A short drive away, the market town of Llanelli will provide residents with multiple supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and pubs.
Those who fancy a fun day out will not have to walk far as Ffos Las Racecourse is on the developments’ doorstep, and Glyn Abbey Golf Club is only half a mile away for a competitive game of golf.
