Dandara unveils community centre at Fontwell development

Independent housebuilder Dandara is set to launch three new View Homes, The Teifi, The Cadoxton and The Thaw at its Golwg Gwendraeth development in Carway, Carmarthenshire on Saturday 24th February.

Wales Help to Buy scheme enables buyers to put down a 5% deposit on a home worth up to £300,000, with a 75% mortgage and 20% equity loan supplied by the Welsh government. Dandara’s Moving Made Easy scheme provides support in selling buyers current home, with the pay up to £5,000 of estate agent fees subject to terms and conditions.
