Dandara launches highly anticipated St Michael's Park development off-plan in Stewkley

Independent housebuilder Dandara has just launched a brand-new range of homes in Stewkley, Buckinghamshire. The St Michael’s Park development, located on Soulbury Road in the heart of the historic Aylesbury Vale, offers a versatile range of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Due to a high level of interest with over 200 registrations, Dandara has released the development off-plan to allow interested homebuyers the chance to secure their new home.

Launched off-plan with the first homes expected to move into by March 2022, each property sits on a generously sized plot, with plenty of room indoors, spacious gardens and garages or driveway parking spaces. The development is surrounded by the green Buckinghamshire countryside – a strong pull for homebuyers since the pandemic.*

Interest so far is primarily coming from homebuyers in the local and surrounding areas looking for a good value home with additional space and excellent schools nearby, whilst still being able to commute easily from local train stations.

Simon Pendlebury, Sales and Marketing Director for Dandara Northern Home Counties, commented: “St Michael’s Park will offer local families and first time buyers alike a great opportunity to upsize or get on the property ladder with 10 homes available with Help to Buy. Launching off-plan will mean that those who have registered interest in one of the properties will be able to secure their perfect home early on and may have a say on some of the final fixtures.”

Once complete, the development will have 67 homes of which 30% will be affordable and 25% available with shared ownership. St Michael’s Park will also include a play area for local children to enjoy.

Excellent road links are available from the development, with easy access to the A148, A5 and A421 allowing residents to reach Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes, whilst London, Northampton and Birmingham can be accessed via the M1 and M40. Ideal for commuters, Leighton Buzzard station offers regular services to London Euston in less than an hour.

Prices start at £345,000 for a two-bed semi-detached home.
