Dandara launches new homes with second phase at Towerlands Park

Independent housebuilder Dandara is set to launch its second phase of new homes at its Towerlands Park development in Braintree, Essex on Saturday the 3rd and Sunday 4th February.

Following the great success of the first phase of the development, phase two will introduce new house types The Windsor and The Vyne and see the return of popular house types the four bedroom Penhurst and five bedroom Kingston.

To give visitors the chance to experience the large variety on offer at the development, Dandara has also opened two new view homes; the three bedroom Charleston with an open-plan kitchen/dining area and three bedroom Frogmore with an ensuite to the main bedroom and two tandem driveway parking spaces.

The new four bedroom Windsor and two bedroom Vyne house types both feature an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors leading out to the rear garden.

Upstairs, The Vyne includes two spacious double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with additional storage space in bedroom one. Select semi-detached homes also include two allocated parking spaces.

The Windsor offers four double bedrooms with a mirror fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room in the main bedroom. It benefits from a single garage and two tandem driveway parking spaces.

Gemma Bannister, Head of Sales at Dandara Eastern, says: “We are thrilled to be launching our second phase at Towerlands Park, and with 80% of phase one already sold, there’s no better time to reserve a new home in this prime Essex location.

“As the first house type to be reserved at Towerlands Park, re-introducing The Kingston was especially important to us. It hasn’t been available since right after the development launch, so we are excited to bring it back and also expand the variety of house types available with The Windsor and The Vyne.

Towerlands Park is within easy reach of many local amenities, including a range of shops and cafes on Braintree’s bustling high street. For those who fancy something a bit more peaceful, there are plenty of open green spaces including Braintree & Bocking Public Gardens and Braintree Nature to explore.

Ideal for families, there is a range of Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ schools nearby including Bocking and Shalford Primary Schools as well as Braintree College and Tabor Academy.

Excellent transport links for road and rail include Braintree station offering regular services to London Liverpool Street via Chelmsford, Shenfield and Brentford only 2.2 miles away. The A120 and A131 both bypass the town, with the A120 connecting to the M11.
