Dandara set to launch second development in sought after Crowborough
From this Autumn, buyers will be able to reserve the first homes at housebuilder Dandara’s Braeburn Fields development in Crowborough, East Sussex.
Located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the development will feature a selection of three, four and five bedroom properties, consisting of 103 homes.
Providing much needed homes in the area, the first properties will be ready to move into in Summer 2024. Dandara will also be launching Braeburn Fields’ sister development, Pearmain Place in Crowborough, in late September, which will feature 230 homes over two phases. Guide prices are from £430,000.
David Garrett, Managing Director for Dandara South East, said: “Following the high levels of interest we’ve seen for new homes in Crowborough, it’s great to finally be able to release properties at Braeburn Fields off-plan.
“Since the announcement of the development, we have had lots of interest from Londoners searching for the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, as well as local families looking to find a home with room to grow in a location that provides plenty of things to see and do. As we continue to showcase the exceptional offerings of Braeburn Fields, we are confident that it will capture the hearts of an ever-growing audience.
“Designed with luxury in mind, this development will be a real flagship for our South East division.”
Expected to attract a significant interest among potential homebuyers, Braeburn Fields boasts an advantageous location for those who commute, being in close proximity to the A26, just 7 miles away from Royal Tunbridge Wells, and only 33 miles south of London. If the allure of coastal getaways holds appeal, the town of Eastbourne can be reached in just 26 miles by car.
Just a brief car ride away from Crowborough train station, the development benefits from frequent train services to Uckfield and London. Crowborough itself presents an array of local shops and eateries, along with a Waitrose and a Sainsbury's. Additionally, the town offers amenities like a leisure centre, post office, health centre, and an assortment of primary and secondary schools.
