Hard hats at the ready as buyers get a first look at Millers View
Independent housebuilder Dandara is providing house hunters with the opportunity to put on hard hats and safety boots at its Muddy Boot event at Millers View in Elsenham, Essex.
On Sunday 12th November, Millers View will open to visitors on an appointment only basis, providing them with a chance to tour the development while still under construction. The event offers a first look at the various different house types available so prospective buyers can see the layouts of their future homes and secure their preferred plot.
Gemma Bannister, Head of Sales at Dandara Eastern, said: “Tucked away in a beautiful and secluded area of Essex, Millers View is perfect for those seeking an idyllic place to live. Each home overlooks beautiful open green space, which we expect to be a popular feature with potential homebuyers. This Muddy Boot event presents a chance for buyers to witness the excellent location themselves and see the current progress we've made on-site, all while benefitting from the valuable insights and guidance of our sales and site team.”
Millers View is currently selling off-plan, including a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes now available, with prices starting from £475,000.
Just released, The Goodwood, Home 7, features a generous living area and study at the front of the property, with an open-plan kitchen-dining room to the rear with French doors to the garden. The four bedroom home, priced at £625,000, overlooks open grace and woodland space and is ready to move into for summer 2024.
On the first floor, bedroom one offers an ensuite shower room and a mirrored fitted wardrobe, with a further double bedroom, two single bedrooms, and a family bathroom as well as two handy storage provisions on the landing.
