Homebuyers under starters orders with the launch of Kidwelly show home

Dandara is racing ahead in the style stakes with the launch of its newest show home at Golwg Gwendraeth on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of October.

This stylish four bedroom Usk show home and marketing suite, near Ffos Las racecourse, will be open to visitors from 10am to 5pm during the launch weekend.

Purchasers reserving a new Dandara home at the sales launch will be treated to free flooring throughout.

Martin Smith, Managing Director, Dandara Wales & West, commented: “We are delighted to now have the show home open so people can see for themselves the high quality of homes on offer here and just what a special place Golwg Gwendraeth is.

“The houses being built here are really very different – I think people who haven’t visited a Dandara development before will be very surprised at the standard of properties and range of choices of contemporary kitchens and bathrooms available.”

This is the second show home to be launched by Dandara Wales and West. A third show home is being launch in Sant Silian in Cardiff in November.

Dandara is one of the UK’s most respected independent housebuilders and has been building homes for more than thirty years, with long-established divisions in Scotland, England and the Channel Islands. It brought the Dandara brand to Wales in 2021, after spotting a gap in the market for high quality new build homes in desirable locations, offering the latest in energy efficient and sustainable design.

Golwg Gwendraeth will offer 141 new two, three and four-bedroom homes when complete, with high specification kitchens and bathrooms, open plan living spaces and commanding views across the surrounding countryside.

The development offers a scenic lifestyle with exceptional transport links. Kidwelly train station is approximately a 10-minute drive away and whether you are heading along the Pembrokeshire coastal path or to the cities of Cardiff and Swansea, there’s lots to take in and enjoy.

Homebuyers will have a choice of supermarkets, cafés, pubs and restaurants with the market towns of Llanelli and Carmarthen only a short drive away.

As a location, Kidwelly has much to offer, thanks to its historic buildings and scenery. It is the ideal centre for discovering West Wales, Pembrokeshire National Park, the Gower Peninsula and the Brecon Beacons. The town provides access to woodlands, countryside and the seashore as well as boasting excellent local amenities and Kidwelly Castle, one of the greatest medieval fortresses in Wales. Find out more
