Meet Dandara Eastern's new Sales Consultant
Dandara Eastern has appointed Victoria Strange as its first Sales Consultant.
Victoria, from Dunmow in Essex, will be working on various sites including the division's flagship development Towerlands Park in Braintree where work has just commenced on 168 new homes, as well Keepers Chase in Buntingford and Millers View in Elsenham which will be launched by the end of the year.
A familiar face to many in Dandara Eastern, she has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry with Countryside Properties, Fairview Homes and most recently Linden Homes.
She said: “This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the newly formed Dandara Eastern division and to work with the team on some of its most exciting new developments from the very earliest days.
“I live just 10 minutes drive from our head office in Braintree, which means I know this area well and the difference these high-quality developments will make to local life will be fantastic - attracting new people and jobs to the area. And it’s a short commute to work!
“Dandara has a great reputation and although I have only been here a couple of weeks it’s clear how passionate everyone is about the product they are building and that they are constantly striving to exceed customers’ expectations.”
Victoria can’t wait to see her first home buyers settled into their new homes and is committed to ensuring a great experience for every Dandara Eastern homebuyer. She said: “I love talking to potential buyers and trying to find the right properties to match their needs and aspirations.
“Pressurised selling just doesn’t work with today’s purchaser, it is all about building relationships – we want buyers who don’t just purchase one Dandara home but go on to purchase two or three and recommend us to their friends and family.”
