The Pippins proves it's cream of the crop with quality award
Independent housebuilder Dandara is harvesting plaudits for The Pippins in Hamstreet in Kent.
The development of family homes has received a ‘Quality Recognition Award’ from Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s leading warranty providers.
The Pippins excelled on key measures including the standard of site management, workmanship, health and safety, site tidiness and general co-operation.
Located in a tranquil setting, where the Kentish Wealden hills meet the flatlands of Romney Marsh, The Pippins offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes with current prices from £390,000.
Phillip Illman, Site Manager, commented: “Working in such a beautiful part if the world is a real honour and every member of the team is committed to preserving the character of the area and building homes which reflect and enhance the incredible surroundings.
“While it’s great to gain this national industry recognition for our hard work, what really matters to us is how much the residents love their new homes, and we have had great feedback from people about their finished properties.”
Ryan Hughes, Construction Director for Dandara South East, commented: “This is another fantastic achievement from the construction team and follows a number of award wins from Premier Guarantee across our developments in the South East. These awards provide added assurance to our buyers that they are purchasing the highest quality of homes and reflect the high level of attention to detail and craftmanship from our employees and contractors.”
The Pippins is situated near the village centre, offering quick access to local supermarkets, as well as independent restaurants and pubs. For families, the Hamstreet Primary Academy is within walking distance. The village’s thriving sport and leisure scene, centred around the Hamstreet Sports Pavilion and Victory Hall, offers a variety of indoor activities. The new development is within easy reach of Ashford and the rest of Kent and the South East via M20.
