Two new show homes unveiled in sought after Berkshire village

Independent housebuilder Dandara is set to unveil two new show homes at its Oakwood Place development in Spencers Wood, where prospective buyers can see what life in the picturesque village has to offer. 

The show homes will open their doors to house hunters on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of January providing them with the chance to explore the new development. 

The four bedroom homes, the Penhurst V2 and Woburn feature solar panels and electric car charging points, and include a single garage and driveway parking.

We wanted to enhance that homely feel in the lounge with it being one of the most used rooms in the house and feel that this is well reflected through the interior choices.”
