Following months of anticipation, award-winning homebuilder Dandara has officially launched its breath-taking 1887 The Pantiles development in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

To mark the historic occasion, the premium homebuilder recently hosted an exclusive VIP Reception at the 1887 Sales and Marketing Suite where more than 50 people attended, including special guests Councillor James Scholes, Mayor of the Borough of Tunbridge Wells and his wife Mayoress Jane Scholes.

Other guests included members of Tunbridge Wells’ business community and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, as well as local councillors and the local media, all of which were eager to take advantage of the opportunity to admire the development’s stunning new show apartment.

In between fizz, tasty canapes, lots of laughter and guided tours of the show apartment, Louise Norman, Dandara’s Head of Sales & Marketing addressed the audience and explained how 1887 was “inspired by the past and designed for the future, while also respecting The Pantiles’ heritage when designing the stunning apartments and mews homes.”

1887 The Pantiles is a multi-award-winning collection of new one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom mews homes at the south western end of The Pantiles, with prices from £300,000.

This landmark development is also perfectly located for all the best shopping and socialising Tunbridge Wells can offer, while also being only a few minutes’ walk from Tunbridge Wells station with direct services to London Bridge in just 44 minutes.

Speaking after the event, Louise Norman said:

1887 The Pantiles is simply stunning and we were extremely grateful that so many guests attended our celebration, especially the Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor James Scholes and Mrs Jane Scholes.
This is such an exciting era for Dandara in Kent as 1887 is one of five beautiful developments we have in the Garden of England. As well as Knights Wood and Church View, we have also recently launched Willow Grove in Laddingford and The Sycamores in Bearsted.

Open between 10.00am – 5.00pm, seven-days-a week, the 1887 Sales and Marketing Suite is adjacent to the development and located off Linden Park Road, along Sussex Mews adjacent to The Pantiles Car Park.
