How does Part Exchange work?
- Choose the Dandara home that’s right for you
- We will work with at least 2 local estate agents to value your current home.
- If an offer is made and you accept it, you can formally reserve your new Dandara home (you’ll need to complete a reservation form and pay a fee to do this).
- We’ll make your move as stress-free and easy as possible; and can even suggest independent solicitors and mortgage advisors to help.
- The appointed estate agent will begin marketing your current home which you can continue living in until your new Dandara home is ready.
