Because our buyer purchases your home directly, there’s no waiting on a chain, or worrying about it falling through. And if the delay is caused further down the chain, our buyer may be able to step in and purchase the delayed property instead, keeping your move on track.

Even better? You could stay in your old home for a short period after completion under a licence to occupy.* It gives you breathing space to organise removals, utilities and the logistics of moving home without delaying the sale.


How does Part Exchange work?

  1. Choose the Dandara home that’s right for you
  2. We will work with at least 2 local estate agents to value your current home.
  3. If an offer is made and you accept it, you can formally reserve your new Dandara home (you’ll need to complete a reservation form and pay a fee to do this).
  4. We’ll make your move as stress-free and easy as possible; and can even suggest independent solicitors and mortgage advisors to help.
  5. The appointed estate agent will begin marketing your current home which you can continue living in until your new Dandara home is ready.
